  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Toys purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)


2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

  • Include photos of the package and product

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
